A lot of bad news last week on Harts Australia and how they failed to properly destroy confidential customer documents and records.

The attached chart shows how the chart trended down into the news and has since stabilised. A good example of how bad news is released into an existing trend anyway.

Of course it is a bit early to suggest the trend is back up again and confirmation of an uptrend is always better before considering a trade.
