Hartec seems to have a balance point at 22 cents. It has been very interesting to watch this unfold. Notice how the 22 cent bottom in 1996 then turns into a 22 cent top in 1999. I have also observed how this stock has had trouble breaking through 22 cents this year. Hence when it did I brought some !! Also of interest is how it recently topped out at 29 cents, a repeat range on the daily but also importantly the midpoint of the range down (45 cents - 15 cents). The stocks look like it will now come back to the 22 cent level again before the next move up.
