Sometimes I am left to wonder whether some people are just born lucky.

Cluff Resources Pacific have found rubies. Trouble is, they found them on the Packer's polo retreat in the Hunter Valley. (How come they don't find rubies on my property ?) An agreement has now been struck; access to the packer property in exchange for a production royalty plus options to acquire 15% of Cluff at 2 cents. Not to mention 10% of all the rubies found.
