ecorp: take a hotchpotch of loss making enterprises, throw them all together for 30 million, give the directors 30% of the new company for free, put a dot.com suffix and make a billion. Note, certainly one director has recently sold his interest.

Ecorp lists at some 50% premium and is deemed to have failed !!
