Westons 20/7/99
A solid base of accumulation looks to have formed for WEG over 9 months
now. This stock is however very (extremely) thinly traded. (80% owned by
its British parent Associated British Foods) We're going to talk
fundamentals on this one.
WEG has a low payout ratio of dividends. Consequently there is an
accumulation of available franking credits which should put a floor under
the stock price, and move it up were any announcement made. (Of course the
price will move up prior to the news)
One to watch.
